Career coach for experienced professionals who feel something no longer fits. 70+ professionals coached internationally, 13 years in corporate roles and six career changes of her own. Training for PCC.
Indraja Balevičiūtė
Leadership coach for managers. More than 15 years across HR, including about seven years leading HR teams, business consulting and executive search, with a background in psychology and business psychology.
Vaida Dumčiūtė
Coach for high achievers whose success no longer feels like their own. More than 16 years in corporate before finding her own direction - and now helping others find theirs.
Rimvydas Jančiauskas
Coach for people moving from salaried work into their own practice. Twenty years in IT leadership, up to CTO, COO and CEO roles. Co-facilitates the ICF-accredited Level 1 programme at Coaching.LT and serves on the ICF Lithuania chapter board.

Why the Hub exists
Coaching can be a lonely profession. Training ends, the credential comes, and then the real questions start: how to keep practising, how to grow, how to find clients. The Hub is where coaches answer those questions together.
